Men Aloud Choir

Created in 2019 by multi award winning founding artistic director of Play It Forward, Jonathon Welch AM, MEN ALOUD first performed as part of Queensland Music Festival's Help Is On It's Way' massed choral project with Glenn Shorrock, singing in support on men's mental health in Queensland.

 Since the choir has gone on to perform as featured guests at the Lord Mayor's Senior Cabaret Festival, Sing For A Cure fundraising concerts in 2023 and 2024 in the Redlands Q, and as part of Play It Forward's many other events and projects.

 MEN ALOUD is a singing men's shed, where inclusion, acceptance, the joy of singing and having a good laugh are compulsory prerequisites for participation, the belief that real men sing and everyone is welcome!
