Duncan Armstrong – Superhero name: Captain Momentum

Duncan is an Olympic gold medallist. Apart from being a household name (my husband is so jealous I get to meet you), Duncan has an incredible story of resilience and overcoming challenges, shattering world records in the pool, through the power of perseverance and unwavering belief.

After an incredibly successful swimming career, Duncan transitioned into a successful business career, holding various roles in corporate communications and stakeholder management.

He has also developed his own communication consultancy, Peak Impact, where and alongside his colleague Onez Trocas they hope to help people ‘find their difference’ in who and what they are.

Duncan’s passions are leadership, teamwork, goal setting, and champion mindsets.

With his unique blend of sporting prowess, media expertise, and passion for inspiring others and we are so looking forward to his input on the panel.
